When will my physical card arrive?

After you've signed up for Envelope and ordered your card, you can expect to receive your physical card in the mail in 5-10 business days.

Every user is issued a virtual card when the account is approved, so you can start using your virtual card number right away for bills and online purchases. You can also add your virtual card or account number to a third party payment app, or a mobile wallet like Apple Pay or Google Pay for in-person transactions while you wait for your physical card to arrive. This card lives in your account tab. Tap into the person icon in your app and you'll see your physical card.

If it has been more than 3 weeks since you signed up for Envelope and you still haven't received your card in the mail, please contact our support team.
